and destruction of marriages.

would be emphasized with the goal of minimizing post-divorce animosity.

Secure for separated or divorced fathers the same parental rights as married
fathers.
Default divorce judgement of JOINT PHYSICAL CUSTODY,
unless either parent can be PROVEN
unfit for parenting.
Laws which guarantee the rights of fathers and children to have a PERSONAL
and legal relationship after a divorce that is EQUAL
in all repects to the relationship afforded the mother.
A post-divorce parenting plan to complete any divorce where children
are involved.
